The Secretary, in accordance with section 922 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 ( 7 U.S.C. 2279c ), shall carry out an internship program within the Agricultural Research Service for graduate students pursuing a degree in, or conducting research relating to, climate change and agriculture. Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary may use to carry out the program under subsection
(a)not more than $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
