Section 231 of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3321 ) is amended— in subsection (d), by striking subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)of section 203(4) and inserting subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)of section 203(8) ; and in subsection (e)(2), by striking learning disabilities and inserting learning differences .
