Section 222(b) of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3302(b) ) is amended by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: Each eligible agency shall maintain, on the website of such agency and in an easily accessible format, information documenting the non-Federal contributions made available to adult education and literacy programs pursuant to this subsection, including the sources of such contributions and, in the case of funds made available by the State, the distribution of such funds to eligible providers. .
