Section 202(1) of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3271(1) ) is amended— by inserting (including digital literacy skills and information literacy skills) after skills ; and by striking and economic self-sufficiency and inserting , economic self-sufficiency, and full participation in all aspects of adult life .
