The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 ( 42 U.S.C. 8621 et seq. ) is amended— in section 2607B(e)(2)(K) ( 42 U.S.C. 8626b(e)(2)(K) ) by striking paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (9), (10), (11), (12), (13), and
(14)of section 2605(b) and inserting paragraphs (2), (4), (5), (6), (8), (10), (11), (12), (13), (14), and
(15)of section 2605(b) ; and in section 2610(b)(1) ( 42 U.S.C. 8629 ) by striking clauses (2), (5), (8), and
(15)of section 2605(b) and inserting paragraphs (2), (6), (9), and
(16)of section 2605(b) .
