Executive Order 14158 (90 Fed. Reg. 8441; relating to establishing and implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency), Executive Order 14210 (90 Fed. Reg. 9669; relating to implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency workforce optimization initiative), Executive Order 14219 (90 Fed. Reg. 10583; relating to ensuring lawful governance and implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency deregulatory initiative), and Executive Order 14222 (90 Fed. Reg. 11095; relating to implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency cost efficiency initiative) shall not apply as it relates to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs or the Department of Veterans Affairs.
