Section 502(b)(1) of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( 15 U.S.C. 6802(b)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by inserting after initially disclosed the following: and with that opportunity exercisable by the consumer at any time thereafter ; and in subparagraph (C), by inserting before the period at the end the following: before the time that such information is initially disclosed and with that explanation accessible to the consumer at any time thereafter .
