Section 203(15) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3272(15) ) is amended by striking Education and inserting Labor . Section 202 of the Department of Education Organization Act ( 20 U.S.C. 3412 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)(C), by striking Career, Technical, and Adult Education and inserting Career and Technical Education ; and in subsection (h), by striking Career, Technical, and Adult Education each place it appears and inserting Career and Technical Education .
Section 206 of the Department of Education Organization Act ( 20 U.S.C. 3416 ) is amended— in the section header, by striking and inserting Career, Technical, and Adult Education ; Career and Technical Education in the first sentence, by striking Career, Technical, and Adult Education and inserting Career and Technical Education ; and in the second sentence, by striking career, technical, and adult education and inserting career and technical education .
