The requirements under the Build America, Buy America Act ( 41 U.S.C. 8301 note) and any implementing regulations or guidance shall not apply to any housing activities carried out using any Federal financial assistance provided to Indian tribes, tribally designated housing entities, tribal organizations, and other Tribal entities (including the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands) under any Federal program.
