Section 404 of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 ( 25 U.S.C. 4164 ) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (e); and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary shall develop policies and procedures that authorize interested Indian Tribes and tribally designated housing entities receiving grant amounts under this Act to submit to the Secretary, at their discretion, one consolidated annual performance report covering all grants the Indian Tribe or tribally designated housing entity receives from other grant programs administered by the Secretary. .
