Section 638 of the Head Start Act ( 42 U.S.C. 9833 ) is amended— by inserting
(a)before The Secretary ; by striking which
(1)will and inserting the following: “which— will ; by striking readiness; and
(2)will and inserting the following: “readiness; and will ; and by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall ensure that the financial assistance provided under subsection
(a)sufficiently accounts for the costs associated with serving children with disabilities. .
