The Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act ( 16 U.S.C. 669 et seq. ) is amended— in section 2 ( 16 U.S.C. 669a )— by redesignating paragraphs
(6)through
(11)as paragraphs
(7)through (12), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following: the term State means each of the several States and the District of Columbia; ; and in section 4 ( 16 U.S.C. 669c )— in subsection (b), by striking several ; in subsection (d)(1)(A), by striking District of Columbia and to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, each and inserting Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, ; and in subsection (e)(5), by striking the District of Columbia, . The Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act ( 16 U.S.C. 777 et seq. ) is amended— in section 2 ( 16 U.S.C. 777a )— by striking and at the end of paragraph (2); by striking the period at the end of paragraph
(3)and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the term State means each of the several States and the District of Columbia. ; in section 4(c)(1) ( 16 U.S.C. 777c(c)(1) ), by striking several ; and in section 12 ( 16 U.S.C. 777k )— in the first sentence— by striking the Mayor of the District of Columbia, ; by striking the District of Columbia, ; and by striking for the District of Columbia one-third of 1 per centum, ; and in the second sentence, by striking the District of Columbia, .
