Title I of the Act of August 28, 1937 ( 43 U.S.C. 2601 et seq. ; commonly referred to as the O&C Act ) is amended by adding at the end the following: For purposes of this Act, the term timberlands shall include lands bearing or capable of bearing a growth of timber not less than 300,000 feet board measure on each 40-acre subdivision. .
