Section 7526 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8114 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by inserting and bioproduct before technologies ; in paragraph (2), by striking product and inserting bioproduct ; and in paragraph (3), by striking product and inserting bioproduct ; in subsection (c)(2), by striking 4 percent and inserting 30 percent ; and in subsection (g), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 .
