Section 3.7(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Farm Credit Act of 1971 ( 12 U.S.C. 2128(b)(2)(A)(i) ) is amended— by striking 50 percent of the bank’s capital and inserting 15 percent of the total assets of the bank ; and by striking an amount equal to 50 percent of the bank’s capital and inserting 15 percent of the total assets of the bank .
