During fiscal years 2026 through 2031, the Secretary may use funds made available for the salaries and expenses of the Foreign Agricultural Service under an appropriations Act or any other provision of law, including such funds otherwise obligated as of the date of the enactment of this Act, to pay the administrative expenses of the Department of Agriculture in the implementation of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1691 et seq. ), as amended by this subtitle. For fiscal years 2026 through 2031, the balance of any funds provided to carry out subsection
(a)for a fiscal year that remains unexpended at the end of that fiscal year may be carried over for use during the following fiscal year.
