Section 1271C(d)(3) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3871c(d)(3) ) is amended— by redesignating subparagraph

(B)as subparagraph (C); in subparagraph (A)(iv), by striking the and at the end; and by inserting after subparagraph (A)(iv) the following: provide, under section 1271B(c)(2), not less than 50 percent of the overall costs of the scope of the project that is the subject of a partnership agreement funded pursuant to paragraph
