(4)of section 301 of the Dairy Production Stabilization Act of 1983 ( 7 U.S.C. 4514 ) is amended by striking Not later and all that follows through an annual report and inserting With respect to each calendar year beginning after the date of the enactment of the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026, a report (which shall be submitted not later than 18 months after the last day of such calendar year) .
