A visa shall not be issued under subparagraph (F), (J), or
(M)of section 101(a)(15) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15) ), to pursue a course of study, until the date on which a consular officer has provided to and reviewed with the applicant, in the applicant’s language or in a language the applicant understands, a copy of the information and resources pamphlet required by section 202 of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 ( 8 U.S.C. 1375b ).
