In this Act: The term antisemitism has the meaning given such term in the third paragraph of page 13 of the United States National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism. The term relevant agency means— the Domestic Policy Council; the Department of State; the Office of the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism of the Department of State; the Department of Homeland Security; the Department of Justice; the Federal Bureau of Investigation; the Department of Education; the National Counterterrorism Center; the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum; the Department of Health and Human Services; the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; the Small Business Administration; the Department of Housing and Urban Development; the Department of Transportation; the Department of Agriculture; the Corporation for National and Community Service; the National Endowment for the Arts; the National Endowment for the Humanities; the Department of the Interior; the Department of Veterans Affairs; the Department of Defense; the Department of the Treasury; the Office of the Director of National Intelligence; the Institute of Museum and Library Services; the Office of Personnel Management; the United States Mission to the United Nations; the General Services Administration; the Department of Commerce; the Department of Labor; the National Science Foundation; the Smithsonian Institution; and the Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships of the White House.
The term United States National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism means the document entitled The U.S. National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism and published by the White House on May 25, 2023.
