Section 128(a) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 ( 42 U.S.C. 9628(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B)(i), by striking or enhance and inserting , enhance, or implement ; and in paragraph (3), by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2026 through 2030 .
