Title I of the North Korean Human Rights Act of 2004 ( 22 U.S.C. 7811 et seq. ) is amended— by amending section 103 to read as follows: It is the sense of Congress that— the United States should facilitate the unhindered dissemination of information in North Korea by increasing its support for communications platforms that effectively reach the people of North Korea; and all United States Government mediums intended to communicate directly with relevant international audiences should increase content dissemination above current levels to North Korea. ; and in section 104(a), by striking Broadcasting Board of Governors each place such term appears and inserting United States Government mediums intended to communicate directly with relevant international audiences .
