Section 104(b)(2) of the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act (division F of Public Law 118–50 ; 22 U.S.C. 9521 note) is amended— in the heading, by striking and inserting Vesting ; Status of assets by striking For funds confiscated and inserting the following: For funds confiscated ; and by adding at the end the following: For the purpose of placing Russian aggressor state sovereign assets into an interest-bearing account, the President may transfer such funds into the Ukraine Support Fund without confiscating such funds. .
