Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Selective Service System, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall submit to Congress a report providing a review of exemptions and deferments from registration, training, and service under the Military Selective Service Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3801 et seq. ) and of proposed revisions to those exemptions and deferments, taking into account amendments to the Military Selective Service Act under section 401(d) of this Act to require registration of all United States citizens and persons residing in the United States.
