Section 2501 of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10531 ) is amended— in subsection (f)(1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking 50 percent and inserting 60 percent ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking 50 percent and inserting 60 percent ; and by striking subsection

(h)and inserting the following: There is authorized to be appropriated $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to carry out this part. .
