Notwithstanding section 101, title V of division B of Public Law 118–47 shall be applied as though the heading Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the appropriation language thereunder, as it appeared under the heading Independent Agencies in title VI of division B of Public Law 118–42 , appeared in title V of division B of Public Law 118–47 .
