Of the unobligated balance of funds available to the Department of Defense for the E–7 program under the heading Aircraft Procurement, Air Force in Public Law 119–4 , $200,000,000 is hereby transferred to and merged with amounts available for the E–7 program under the heading Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Air Force only for the purpose of continued rapid prototyping activities to maintain program schedule and transition to production for the E–7 Wedgetail program.
