None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be used to place an unaccompanied alien child with an alien sponsor who has not been admitted (as defined in paragraph
(13)of section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) )) or who is deportable under section 237(a) of such Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1227(a) ).
