None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to administer, implement, or enforce the final rule entitled Improving Child Care Access, Affordability, and Stability in the Child Care and Development Fund
(CCDF), (89 Fed. Reg. 15366 (effective April 30, 2024)) insofar as such rule makes changes relating to sections 98.16(z) and 98.30(b)(1) of title 45, Code of Federal Regulations.
