Title III of the National Emergencies Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1631 ) is repealed. Section 207(b) of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1706 ) is amended by striking concurrent resolution each place it appears and inserting joint resolution .
