Sec. 513. Disestablishment of advisory boards for National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and National Reconnaissance Office

Section 6432 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 50 U.S.C. 441 note) is repealed. Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the advisory board established by such section 6432, as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act— shall terminate on the date that is 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act or such earlier date as the advisory board considers appropriate; and until the date of the termination of the advisory board under paragraph (1), may exercise the authorities of the advisory board under such section 6432 for the purpose of winding down the operations of the advisory board.
Section 106A of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3041a ) is amended by striking subsection (d). Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the advisory board established by such subsection (d), as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act— shall terminate on the date that is 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act or such earlier date as the advisory board considers appropriate; and until the date of the termination of the advisory board under paragraph (1), may exercise the authorities of the advisory board under such subsection
(d)for the purpose of winding down the operations of the advisory board.
