Section 203(a) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 11313(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act of 2009 and inserting Revitalizing America’s Housing Act ; and by striking update such plan annually and inserting the following: submit to the President and Congress a report every year thereafter that includes— the status of completion of the plan; any modifications that were made to the plan and the reasons for those modifications; and an estimate of when homelessness will be ended; ; by redesignating paragraphs
(10)through
(13)as paragraphs
(11)through (14), respectively; by redesignating the second paragraph
(9)(relating to collecting and disseminating information) as paragraph (10); in paragraph (13), as so redesignated, by striking and at the end; in paragraph (14), as so redesignated, by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: testify annually before Congress. .
