On an annual basis, the following individuals shall testify before the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives on mortgage loans guaranteed or insured by the Federal Government: The President of the Government National Mortgage Association. The Federal Housing Commissioner. The Administrator of the Rural Housing Service.
