Section 1701 of division B of the Extending Government Funding and Delivering Emergency Assistance Act ( 5 U.S.C. 5547 note), as amended by Public Law 117–103 , is further amended in subsection (a)(1), by striking the last sentence and inserting Any Services during a given calendar year that generate payments payable in the subsequent calendar year shall be disregarded in applying this subsection . The waivers of premium and overtime pay authorized in subsections
(a)through
(c)of section 1701 of division B of the Extending Government Funding and Delivering Emergency Assistance Act ( 5 U.S.C. 5547 note) shall be applied in fiscal year 2026.
