Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency shall establish a consolidated grant application form for hazard mitigation funds provided under sections 203, 205, and 404 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5133 ; 5135; 5170c), to— facilitate the administration of hazard mitigation funds established under such sections; facilitate the administration of hazard mitigation funds established under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4001 et seq. ) and section 322(f) of the Robert T.
Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (as added by this Act); ensure the provision of hazard mitigation assistance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; reduce the administrative burden of the application and review process; and expedite the execution of grant agreements and the disbursement of funds.
