Section 205 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5135 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(2)(A) by inserting hazard mitigation, resilience, and before emergency management ; and in subsection (f)(1)(C) by striking 2 and inserting 4 .
