This title and the amendments made by this title shall apply with respect to— elections for the office of Senator which are held during 2026 or any succeeding year; and elections for the office of Representative which are held pursuant to the reapportionment of Representatives resulting from the regular decennial census conducted during 2030 and all subsequent elections.
