Section 19 of the United States Grain Standards Act ( 7 U.S.C. 87h ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 2021 through 2025 and inserting 2026 through 2030 ; and in subsection (b)(1)(A), by striking other services and inserting other services (excluding grading services performed under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946) .
