Section 116(d)(1)(B) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting of this title after sections 22401 through 22403 . Section 21303(1) of the Surface Transportation Investment Act of 2021 ( 49 U.S.C. 22402 note) is amended by striking section 22402(b)(1)(E) of title 49 and inserting section 22402(b)(1)(F) of title 49 . Section 22905(c)(2)(B) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting of this title after section 22404 .
