Not later than September 30, 2030, the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee shall submit to Congress a report on the impact of each extension of the applicable statute of limitations for loans made under paragraph
(36)or
(37)of section 7(a) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 636(a) ) pursuant to the PPP and Bank Fraud Enforcement Harmonization Act of 2022 ( Public Law 117–166 ).
