Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, shall expedite such procedures and reallocate or augment such personnel and resources of the Corps of Engineers as the Secretary determines necessary to eliminate any backlog existing as of June 5, 2025, of— applications for permits under section 404 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1344 ); or requests for jurisdictional determinations or wetlands delineations under the jurisdiction of the Secretary.
