Section 212(a)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any alien who habitually resided in the Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza, or who holds a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority, is inadmissible. . Section 237(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(4) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Any alien who habitually resided in the Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza, or who holds a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority, is deportable. .
