Section 244(c)(2)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1254(c)(2)(B) ) is amended— in clause (i), by striking or at the end; in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting , or ; and by adding at the end the following: the alien— habitually resided in the Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza; or holds a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority. .
