Section 302(f) ( 16 U.S.C. 1832(f) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Each Council shall, with the approval of the Secretary, develop a code of conduct and ethics for members and employees of each such Council equivalent to those applicable to Federal personnel. The Secretary may, in accordance with applicable law, take disciplinary action, up to and including termination, against an executive director of a Council. A Council may, in accordance with applicable law, take disciplinary action, up to and including termination, against the executive director or any other employee of the Council. .
