Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act ( 43 U.S.C. 31k(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking United States Geological Survey and inserting Secretary ; and by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2026 through 2030 ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and inserting Secretary of Commerce ; and by striking 2023 through 2024 and inserting 2026 through 2030 .
