Section 5001(c) of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act ( 43 U.S.C. 31k(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking United States Geological Survey and inserting Secretary ; and by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2026 through 2029 ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and inserting Secretary of Commerce ; and by striking such sums as may be necessary for the period of fiscal years 2023 through 2024 and inserting $470,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029 .
