Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1068) is amended— in subsection (f), by adding at the end the following: For fiscal year 2026, $300,000,000. For fiscal year 2027, $300,000,000. ; and in subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2026 and inserting December 31, 2027 .
