Sec. 16. Imposition of CAATSA sanctions

Not later than 15 days after making a covered determination, and every 90 days thereafter, the President shall impose all sanctions described in section 235 of the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act ( 22 U.S.C. 9529 ) that are not already applicable with respect to— the Russian Federation; and any person described in section 5 or 6.
