Section 402 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 342 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: If it is an article of food and the owner, operator, or agent in charge of a food facility that manufactures or processes such food— is subject to the requirements of section 425; and fails to comply with the requirements of such section with regard to that article. .
