The Chair of the Interagency Council on Service shall— conduct a study on— the effectiveness of past advertising campaigns for military service, national service, and public service; and the role of vaccine requirements on the retention and recruitment of individuals for military service, national service, and public service; and not later than 270 days after the date of enactment of this Act, submit a report on the findings of and lessons learned from the study under paragraph
(1)to— the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives.
